Cualificaciones

  • Professionally manage incoming customer requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Organize workflows to meet customer deadlines and expectations efficiently.
  • Process orders and manage transport and customs documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to maintain high service levels and seamless operations.
  • Manage customer accounts, price lists, and product items, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Monitor forecasts and capacity, providing proactive follow-up to meet customer demand.
  • Plan material receipts using key customer portals or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) systems.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers through meetings, phone calls, and emails to understand their satisfaction levels, anticipate future needs, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience

Responsabilidades

Education (Degree/Major):
Vocational training or bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Commerce, Tourism, or an equivalent field.

Other Qualifications:
Advanced in MS Office and ERP systems and Excel skills required.

Work Experience:
1–3 years of experience in a similar department. Knowledge of transport management (export/import) will be considered an asset.

Languages:
Fluent in English. Additional language skills, such as French or Italian, are highly valued.
