Cualificaciones

  • Deliver EHS Training to employees and contractors.
  • Coordinate contractor activities to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Track and implement the EHS action plan, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective measures.
  • Develop and update EHS procedures, including:
    • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
    • Machine safety inspections
    • Behavioral observations
    • Waste management
  • Monitor EHS performance indicators and propose improvements based on results.
  • Represent EHS in meetings, such as daily operations, corporate sessions, and works council meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for EHS service providers, including PPE suppliers, health surveillance services, and environmental consultants.
  • Provide feedback on safe and unsafe behaviors and address deviations promptly.

Responsabilidades

  • Education:

    • University degree – preferably in Engineering.
    • Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety (or equivalent).
    • Candidates with previous experience in a similar role and undergraduate studies will also be considered.
  • Certifications & Standards:

    • Compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 will be assessed.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2–3 years in EHS within an industrial environment.
    • Knowledge of environmental and workplace safety legislation.
  • Languages:

    • Spanish: Fluent.
    • English: At least intermediate level, preferably fluent.
