• Develop and maintain production / supply / demand plans aligned with business goals.
• Create detailed short-term and long-term schedules based on forecasts and capacity.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation (materials, manpower, machines).
• Adjust plans dynamically based on demand fluctuations, constraints, or disruptions.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP).
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Work closely with procurement to align supply plans with sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify supply chain risks or bottlenecks.
• Develop contingency plans for delays, shortages, or capacity constraints.

• Education (Degree/Major) University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Organisation. A.D.E. or equivalent.
• Other qualifications Knowledge of management techniques and production management software.
• Work Experience 2-3 years experience in a continuous process industrial company.
• Language Spanish and English
