We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Sales / Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial team and help drive business performance and support strategic decision-making across our key customer portfolio in EMEIA.
In this role, you will work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to analyze sales performance, pricing, profitability, and business trends across products, customers, and markets. Your insights will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve and enhance commercial effectiveness, and support overall business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial acumen with an understanding of manufacturing cost structures and commercial dynamics. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable translating data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.

Cualificaciones

Commercially driven and analytically Sales / Commercial Analyst to support business performance management and decision-making towards key customers. This role will focus on analyzing sales performance, pricing, and profitability across products, customers, and markets, while providing insights that drive margin improvement and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with a high understanding of manufacturing cost structures and commercial dynamics.

 

Commercial Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct analysis of financial performance, including sales, margins, and profitability across products and customers
  • Prepare and deliver Commercial performance reports highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights to improve operational and commercial performance.
  • Evaluate and support pricing strategies considering cost structures, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing reflects cost changes and capacity dynamics.

Forecasting & Budgeting Support

  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts and financial budgets in alignment with production plans and capacity constraints.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting assumptions.
  • Track actual results versus forecast and budget, identifying key variances (volume, price, cost) and underlying drivers.
  • Track opportunity Pipeline engaging directly with Sales Teams via Sales Force
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and business performance.
  • Provide insights into pricing, product positioning, and market opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities by product segment, geography, or customer base.

 

Responsabilidades

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial or commercial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in or closely with commercial teams in a production-driven organization is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of pricing, cost analysis, or revenue management is a plus

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced proficiency in Excel in particular
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with exposure to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, understanding of other languages like German is only an advantage
